Terms of Service

By creating a NeuroMatch account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. You must be of legal working age in your jurisdiction to use NeuroMatch.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. Never share your account with another person, and tell us promptly at info@neuromatch.co if you believe someone has accessed it.

NeuroMatch works because people are authentic. You agree not to misrepresent your experience, inflate your skills, or impersonate anyone. Employers agree to post accurate job information and to communicate respectfully with candidates. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Our AI features (strength discovery, interview practice, job posting help) provide suggestions and feedback — you make the final decisions. AI output may be imperfect, so review it before relying on it. You also agree not to use our AI tools to fabricate qualifications or misrepresent yourself.

NeuroMatch connects candidates and employers, but we don't guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. Employment decisions are made entirely by employers, and we're not a party to any agreement between a candidate and an employer.

How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. The promises we make there — especially around accommodations data and AI consent — are part of these Terms.

You keep ownership of everything you add to NeuroMatch — your profile, recordings, and job postings. By using the platform, you give us permission to display that content as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your application to the employer you applied to).

NeuroMatch is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
